The case is listed for hearing on 17 December.
The directive came as the green panel was hearing a petition filed by petitioner Sandeep Mittal, seeking a strict mechanism to ensure compliance with the conditions mentioned in the environmental clearances granted for the projects.
The petition states that unless conditions are duly monitored and ensured with a view to achieving the said item, it is not sufficient to put conditions for the Election Commission on the basis of evaluation.
