Time has changed. Weddings have taken place on a small scale, with brides wearing masks, but what has not changed is the beauty of the sacred ceremony and the fact that each bride stands on her big day. We came across as a bride who was nothing short of regal on her D-Day and we would have to talk about her beautiful lehenga.

Bride Davina Ruppal was stunned by a rose pink flower and silk lehenga for her Anand Caraj ceremony.

The ensemble, courtesy designers Rimple and Harpreet Narula, painted floral motifs derived for an 18th-century archives.

According to both, lehenga is an amalgamation of various crafts that are spread over some areas of undivided Punjab and Rajasthan. The hand embroidered skirt was fabricated with gall embroidery using Kashmiri Tilla, Kasab, Sucha Gota, Sippy Tulle Alec and Mrodi’s Chem. It was combined with a long kurti and sheer tulle dupatta in shades of Karna pink and rose ash.

Davina accessorized her look with a wide necklace, jhumka, manga tikka, dice, rings, hand flowers and bangles.

We loved the bright bride’s tulle lehenga, let us know how you liked it in the comments section below.
