12 Rabi-ul-Awal was declared a public holiday across the country

The federal government has declared 12 Rabi-ul-Awal a public holiday across the country.

All federal government agencies will remain closed on Friday, October 30, according to a notification issued by the ministry.

Muslims around the world happily celebrate the birth of the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) on the 12th of Rabi-ul-Awwal, in Arabic as Eid Milad-un-Nabi, in the name of Maulvi-ul-Nabawi holiday, which is the third month in the Islamic lunar calendar.
