The COVID 19 epidemic has, in fact, taken a toll on all of us regardless of our class, gender, ethnicity and nationality. The three-month nationwide lockdown has not only destabilized our lifestyles, but has also affected our mental and emotional health. From world-famous celebrities to a common man, almost everyone has ventured into the digital world to discuss their lockdown diary.

Leading Bollywood actress Aditi Rao Hydari, who starred in “Padmavat”, shared her experience with anxiety during the lockdown. Reportedly, the actress was shooting in Chennai and returned home soon after the lockdown was announced.

However, even though she was at home and surrounded by her family, she went through depression and worry. In an interview with Mumbai Mirrors, discussing her time during quarantine, she says, “I was worried and swimming in tears. I had missed being on the set and was feeling frustrated that I was going Can’t help it the way I wanted to. ”

But being an optimist, she adds, “Put a mound of tub in front of me and I will find something beautiful in it. So I called my near and dear ones, who were equally stressed, and helping them helped me feel better. ”

The lockdown has certainly given all of us a hard time, but it has also made us realize the true essence of life and life. Along these lines, Aditi Rao Hydari also shared how she has made good use of her time to reconnect with her creative side and continues to discover new passions. “In the last eight-nine years, I have not been able to devote much time to dance and music. I used to practice Kalari, but then, I stopped. She says, I found time to reconnect with my creative side.

In addition, she also indulged in furniture painting for her cousin’s graduation pad. Apart from this, the actress also mastered some special dishes in the kitchen.

That being said, Aditi Rao Hydari’s lockdown experience is very different from ours. Every day we wake up feeling anxious about the preceding days and wonder when all this will end. However, ultimately, we do something new every day, feeling more positive about life.
