New Delhi: Coming up with new working order amid Kovid-19 pandemic sanctions, the BJP is now completely transforming the online political campaign through its social media platforms.
From May 30, a massive online campaign will be launched to mark the first anniversary of the Modi-2 government, in which senior leaders will hold interactive conferences, talk about the new slogan “ATM-Nirbhay” India and the relief package. The government announced to combat the backwardness of the Corona crisis.
Digital infrastructure has already been put in place with the party organization at the district and block level ready to operate in the campaign as people will virtually reach the virus affected areas, while the block level party workers will meet the people physically.
Party president JP Nadda will inaugurate the campaign on May 30, a virtual rally which will be live-streamed through the party’s various social media platforms.
The party will also host around 1,000 virtual conferences in which national and state-led parties will participate. The BJP-led NDA, led by Modi, assumed office on May 30, 2019 after a sweeping victory in the Lok Sabha elections.
During the campaign, the party has decided to get a copy of the PM’s handwritten letter to 10 crore families across the country. The letter is expected to carry the message of making India self-reliant. The letter will also cover PM Modi’s handling of coronovirus disease and the actions taken by his government to stop the deadly infectious virus.
A party leader said, “At least one big rally in small states and two rallies in big states will be organized by the party, which will involve more than 750 people.” In addition, the party will release a video of the Modi government’s work. Combat coronovirus outbreaks. The video will also be translated and dubbed into local languages.
Prior to the campaign, the party is already organizing virtual events in its bid to counter opposition allegations over the management of the Corona crisis.
Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, Law and I&T Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad, Railway Minister Piyush Goyal and Health Minister Harsh Vardhan recently interacted with the party spokesperson through video conference addressing the issues raised by the opposition parties.
Party president Nadda recently started a website urging people to post their thanks messages for “Corona Warriors”, who are working during a lockdown imposed to control the spread of coronaviruses .
