A meeting was held with the Education Ministers, Secretaries and Board Presidents of the State and Union Territories on Sunday under the leadership of Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh Ji and Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal. Suggestions were sought from all regarding conduct of board examinations ”, Kanwar said. “In my suggestion I have told the Union Ministers that our students are tense about the dates of the exam and how they will be conducted. I believe that the examinations should be conducted as per the status of Kovid-19 in the respective states. There is no need to give any kind of relaxation as the students are also ready to take the exam ”, said Kanwar.

Regarding the date sheet of the examination, Kanwar said, “We have suggested that the date sheet should be issued 20 days before the commencement of the examination. In Haryana, earlier we had announced to conduct the class XII examinations from June 1, but it was delayed due to the problems faced by the rise in the status of Kovid-19. We have informed the Union Minister that we can start the class XII exam from 15 to 20 June and we are fully prepared for it ”, Kanwar Pal said at his residence.

On the duration of the examination and how the examination will be conducted, Kanwar Pal said, “The Union Ministers had asked that the examination should be for a period of 90 minutes or for a period of 3 hours. I have suggested that we are ready to conduct the entire 3-hour duration exam. But we want to make a change (about the examination centers) that students’ examination centers should be built in the same schools from where they are taking their education. This will be beneficial as students will not have to travel to far-flung places to take the exam. They will be rescued from the crowd on the way. Secondly, by doing this social distancing can also be implemented efficiently as there will be fewer students at the examination centers of the same school. ”

Kanwar said that if a student is affected due to Kovid-19, he suggested that a re-examination can be taken later.

Haryana Education Minister Kanwar Pal said, “I have also been suggested that employees, teachers and officers who will be posted on examination duty should be vaccinated before going to the field.”

Kanwar said, “We hope that the central government will accept our suggestion and also allow us to start the exam from 15 to 20 June. We believe that it can be managed and if we have any small changes If it is to be done then it can be made under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister.
