Imran Khan, Abbasi responsible for kidnapping of Sindh IG

Former Prime Minister and senior PML-N leader Shahid Khaqan Abbasi on Thursday said that the two agencies besieging the Sindh IG’s residence were subordinate to the Center and accountable to the Prime Minister, 24 News HD The TV channel reported.

When the controversy erupted after the kidnapping of the provincial police chief and the subsequent arrest of Captain Safdar, Abbasi said, “The center attacked the province.” He added that the prime minister was responsible for the incident.

The former prime minister reiterated that Sindh IG Mushtaq Mehr had been abducted and pressured to register an FIR. Why is the judiciary, which takes suo moto notice of every case, silent on the matter?

Blasting on the Prime Minister, Abbasi said that Imran repeated the statement of not giving NRO day and night, but he was the person who gave the biggest NRO to Kulbhushan Jadhav and sold Kashmir.

He warned that the bail of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) would be revoked soon, adding that the NAB could not be tolerated in the current situation.

Fazal said that he has lived by the methods of fighting martial law and added that acts like kidnapping of Sindh IG would spread anger in the country.

He remarked, “Those who have been held responsible for the incident will also inquire now and then the inquiry report will be accepted.”

The head of JUI-F, who is also the head of the recently formed PDM, told reporters that Imran Khan wanted an NRO but he [the opposition] No one will give it.

He said that PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s visit to Gilgit-Baltistan had been scheduled earlier, adding that it was up to PML-N’s Supreme Court Nawaz Sharif to address the rally in Quetta on Sunday. ۔
