Despite the shadow of doubt, the latest development has suggested the India vs Australia fourth Test match to be held at the Gabba in Brisbane, reports news agency PTI.
The Australian media had claimed that the Brisbane Test had been put at risk as tourists were reluctant to travel in view of strict quarantine regulations.
However, so far, the BCCI has not made any calls to CA asking Brisbane to shift the Test match to Sydney.

“It is a fluid situation. Let’s wait for a few more days, ”a BCCI official told PTI.
Queensland has closed its borders for people traveling from New South Wales due to increasing cases of Kovid-19 in Sydney and surrounding areas.
However, there will be an exception for the Test match and the players will be in a tight bio-bubble similar to the one in the IPL.
It may well be that in order to play a Test match in Brisbane, the Indian team will have to be in a tight bio-bubble from Sydney, which will make for a tough quarantine (hotel-stadium-hotel) of about 15 days.
