IPL 2020, KKR predicts XI against RCB: Sunil Narayan – Eoin Morgan may get tough action to bring cricket back

Things are returning to the track for the Kolkata Knight Riders in the Indian Premier League 2020. They have five wins from nine matches, which are currently in the top four. KKR won the last match against Sunrisers Hyderabad in a close match. The game ended in a tie and a super-over was needed to decide the winner, with KKR emerging as victorious. Lockie Ferguson came into the playing eleven and led his team to victory in a spectacular manner. Kolkata will play against Royal Challengers Bangalore on Wednesday in Abu Dhabi. A week ago, RCB knocked out KKR in a reverse encounter. KKR may change their playing eleven to present a tougher challenge this time.

Here is the KKR predicted XI against RCB:

KKR vs RCB Live Score

Rahul Tripathi: His batting position was not confirmed in the KKR lineup, but Sunil Narine’s regular failures ensured his place at the top of the order. Rahul Tripathi, who batted less than 8 against DC, is a designated opener and the match winner against Chennai scored 81 runs. He got a good start against Hyderabad, but failed to convert it into a big innings.

Shubhman gill: He is the most prolific run scorer for KKR in IPL 2020. Gill looked solid at times but his inability to hit the ball in the powerplay raised many questions. He took 37 balls in a 36-run knock against Hyderabad. Gill will have to give his team a fast start against RCB.

Nitish rana: Nitish Rana comes at number three for Kolkata but failed to meet the requirements. His form is inconsistent and he has started well. He started the season well but failed to maintain the same form.

Eoin Morgan: KKR’s newly appointed captain Sunrisers did not appear in their element against Hyderabad and struggled to get the ball in the middle before the last over. He was batting slow initially and could score 34 runs in 23 balls. A large part of expectations is on his shoulders and he has to deliver quickly.

KKR vs RCB preview: Stakes are high for Kohli and Morgan as the play-off race is hot

Dinesh Karthik: Dinesh Karthik removed the captaincy and removed the burden and made way for Eoin Morgan. He looked good, batting against Sunrisers Hyderabad and giving his team a final push. Karthik’s innings of 29 off 14 balls led Kolkata to a respectable score of 163 runs in 20 overs.

Sunil naren: Sunil Narayan has approved his bowling action and is off the warning list. In all likelihood, he will replace the off-color Andre Russell, whose injuries were part of the rent. Naren appeared close to his former self in recent matches, where he troubled the batsmen to score runs. He will be an outside player during the game against RCB.

Pat Cummins: KKR may give Pat Cummins another chance, despite not being between wickets. He took his third wicket of the season during the SRH game. He looked more comfortable with the bat than the ball. However, Cummins would be eager to spin things at the fag end of the league.

Shivam Mavi: The young Indian fast bowler bowled well against SRH and dismissed Abdul Samad. Mavi’s fast pace and the death-over variations have troubled the batsman. He has the neck to take wickets despite going for runs.

Kuldeep yadav: Kuldeep Yadav returned to the playing XI against SRH and bowled well despite taking no wickets. He bowled three overs and was leaked for just 18 runs and prevented SRH batsmen to score independently.

Loki Ferguson: Lockie Ferguson replaced Chris Green in the playing XI and single-handedly won the game for KKR. He took three wickets and sucked life out of SRH’s batting lineup. Once the game went to a super-over, they dismissed David Warner and Abdul Samad within two balls. He will also be an important player against RCB.

Varun Chakraborty: Varun Chakraborty is the most consistent player in the KKR team. He has taken seven wickets at an economy rate of seven so far this season. He dismissed dangerous-looking Johnny Bairstow in the last game and conceded 32 runs from his four overs.

KKR predicts XI against RCB: Rahul Tripathi, Shubman Gill, Nitish Rana, Dinesh Karthik (wk), Eoin Morgan (c), Sunil Narine, Pat Cummins, Shivam Mavi, Kuldeep Yadav, Lockie Ferguson, Varun Chakravarthy
