ITBP Recruitment 2021: Walk-in interview for 88 specialist and GDMO posts on 10 and 17 May

NEW DELHI: Director General, Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBPF) has issued a notification for the recruitment of 88 Specialists and General Duty Medical Officers (GDMO) for their various locations / structures across the country on contractual basis.

Interested and eligible candidates can participate in the walk-in-interview, which will be held on May 10 and 17, 2021.

The contractual employment shall be for a period of three years only or till the total sum of the regulars whichever is earlier or reaches the age of 70 years.

However, the initial contractual appointment will be for three years which can be extended up to 70 years as per the maximum age limit for two years by ITBP. Candidates should note that after one month’s notice or salary in lieu of it, the services of the appointee also end before the contract period ends on both sides.

Selection is purely contractual in nature and has no authority for regularization or permanent absorption.

No TA / DA is acceptable for interview. Suitable and interested candidates to interview on any date and time at any of the given places along with original and photocopy of all relevant documents (eg undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, age proof, internship completion certificate and experience certificate etc.) Can walk To apply in plain paper with the name of the post applying with minimum 3 options and 5 passport size photographs for the place of posting in order of preference.

ITBP Recruitment 2021: Qualification

To specialize

1. Medical degree from a recognized university

2. Post-graduation degree / diploma in specialty

3. Minimum 1.5 years experience for postgraduate degree holder / minimum 2.5 years experience for diploma holder

For General Medical Duty Officers

A recognized medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part 2 of the Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part 2 or the Third Schedule must also meet the conditions laid down in the Indian sub-section. Medical Council Act, 1956. The candidate must also have completed a rotating internship.
