JEE Main session 3 exam starts from July 20, important instructions

New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the JEE (Main) session 3 or April 2021 exam from Tuesday. NTA Joint Entrance Examination (Main) – 2021 postponed on 20, 22, 25 and 27 July, 2021 at various centers located in 334 cities in the country and abroad in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode for the postponed April session (Session – 3). The total number of candidates registered for session-3 is 709519.

A candidate who does not have a valid Admit Card will not be allowed for the examination under any circumstances by the Center Superintendent. Candidates can still download their admit card from given below.

Candidates who have applied for B.Arch as well as B.Planning, their exam duration will be at 3.30 PM. i.e. from 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm

Candidates are advised to report at the exam center on time i.e. 2 hours before the commencement of the exam.

Candidates should occupy their seats immediately after the opening of the examination hall. If candidates do not report on time due to any reason like traffic jam, train/bus delay etc., they are likely to miss some general instructions to be announced in the examination halls/ halls.

The candidate will have to produce the Admit Card downloaded/printed from NTA website on demand for admission to the Examination Hall/Hall.

The Test Center staff on duty is authorized to verify the identity of the candidates and may take steps to verify and confirm the identity credentials.

One seat will be allotted to each candidate indicating Roll Number. Candidates must find and sit their allotted seat, if any candidate changes room/hall or seat by himself/herself instead of allotted seat, the candidature will be cancelled. No petition will be entertained in this regard.

The candidate should ensure that the question paper available on the computer is as per his/her chosen subject as indicated in the admit card. If the subject of the question paper is different from the one chosen by him, it may be brought to the notice of the invigilator concerned.

For any technical assistance, first aid emergency or any other information during the examination, candidates may contact the in-room center superintendent/inspector.

Candidates must bring the following documents to the exam center on the day of the exam.

Candidates who do not bring these will not be allowed to appear in the examination.

1) Print copy of Admit Card downloaded from NTA website.

2) A passport size photograph (as uploaded on the online application form) should be taken for affixing at the specified place in the attendance sheet at the center during the examination.

3) Any one of the authorized photo ID (Original, valid and non-expired) – School Identity Card / PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Passport / Aadhar Card (with photo) / e-Aadhaar with photo / Ration card with photograph / 12th class board admit card with photo / bank passbook with photo.

4) PWD certificate issued by authorized medical officer if claiming exemption under PWD category or

PWD certificate in respect of physical limitation in an examination to be written in case of claiming relaxation under PWD category.
