Karnataka exam news: Karnataka: School exams are likely to be decided today

BENGALURU: With the day of Kovid-19 cases on the rise, all possible measures will be discussed, including conducting the final examinations for classes 1 to 9, in a meeting with ministers and officials on Monday headed by Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa.

Health Minister K. Sudhakar said: “How it matters is because it has been decided to pass all the students between classes 1 and 9. We will discuss this in the meeting as well.”

However, the government has not yet taken any decision regarding the examination for schools.

Education Minister Suresh Kumar said: “I have received a message to attend the CM meeting at 5 pm on Monday. The meeting is likely to keep the schools open and the examination will be revealed. It has taken only two months to reopen classes 6 and 7. Let us see how we can balance the health and education of children. I have visited more than 500 schools and am impressed by the discipline created by the children. They are better than adults. ”

However, the transition to schools and colleges across the state is increasing. A student of Dakshina Kannada District Medical College, while reporting positive cases, said: “It is the responsibility of the students to be extra vigilant. Many times my classmates do not follow Kovidappa’s behavior. ”
