Jammu: One day after issuing lookout notice against Mohammad Shafi Dar, former chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Cooperative Bank Ltd. and an accused for Rs 223 crores. Loan graft The case was arrested by the Jammu and Kashmir Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Wednesday.

Following an ACB investigation and subsequent registration of an FIR, the Jammu and Kashmir administration sacked Dar and two other officials of the bank. The chairman of the so-called co-operative society, Hilal Ahmed of Magarmal Bagh, Srinagar, was arrested by the ACB on 18 May and embezzled by the Bureau and Frozen for Rs 187 crore.
