Addressing a press conference in Lahore, the PML-N leader said the “breakway group”, comprising 40 lawmakers supporting Jahangir Tareen, was much larger.

“Let the election be announced. You will witness the drama unfold,” he said.

The PML-N leader said that disgruntled PTI lawmakers could no longer bear the burden of “incompetence” of “Prime Minister Imran Khan”.

Responding to a question about a cabinet reshuffle, he likened the move to “exchanging one set of dirty clothes for another” and “no use.” He said that the only solution to the country’s problems was to send the packaging of Prime Minister Imran Khan’s government.

Talking about the PPP’s split from the Pakistan Democratic Movement, Maryam said that it was the party’s decision to leave the opposition alliance. “It would have been better if it hadn’t happened,” he said.

The PML-N vice-president said that his comments about the party seeking support from the Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) were out of principle and he had no authority to make such a statement. ۔

Talking about the sugar crisis, which has led some shops to offer only a limited amount of essentials to each family, the PML-N vice-president said, “People are being given sugar like this. Like they are beggars. “

On her visit to Karachi, Maryam said she had canceled it to protect people’s lives and health. “People in NA-249 should make sure they take precautions when going to the polls (corona virus).”
