Satya Nadella leads the tech giant Microsoft Has announced that it is closing all its retail

1) Our team members will continue to serve consumer, small business, education and enterprise customers focused on sales, training and support. They will work in Microsoft corporate offices and remotely. Our commitment to grow and develop careers from this diverse talent pool is stronger than ever.
2) We will make our digital storefront the best place to learn, buy and get support in software and hardware. Today we provide tools including virtual customer support, online tutorial videos, virtual workshops with tips and more from our trusted experts. We will continue to invest in innovative digital solutions, including new services such as 1: 1 video sales support.
3) We will also remodel new locations serving our customers, including our Microsoft facilities in the London, New York City, Sydney and Redima campus locations. We will continue to explore engineering, sales, support, revision centers, executive briefing centers and retail locations for maximum impact for our customers and our company.
In the statement, the company also said that going forward, Microsoft aims to invest in digital innovation in software and hardware and these new services will include 1: 1 video chat support, online tutorial videos and virtual workshops and other digital solutions .
