NEW DELHI: Multilevel Security system And for the 74th Independence Day celebrations at the Red Fort of the Mughal period this year, social distance norms are being compulsorily followed.
A security ring comprising NSG snipers, elite swat commandos and kite catchers will be placed around the Red Fort, from where Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the nation.
Police said that more than 300 cameras have been installed for security and their footage is being monitored. There will be around 4,000 security personnel in the Red Fort and they will follow the norms of social distances.
Security in and around the railway station has also been intensified.

On Thursday morning, the full-dress rehearsal of the 74th Independence Day celebrations was held at the Red Fort.
