Former world number one Karolina Pliskova has called the 28-year-old, after the end of the 2020 season with coach Daniel Valverdu.
Pliskova appointed Vulverdu and also included Olga Savchuk on her coaching team in November 2019 after splitting with Conchita Martinez, but did not have much success this season, which was affected by the COVID-19 epidemic.
She picked up the only title of the year in Brisbane in January and was eliminated in the second round of both the US Open and the French Open Grand Slam.
The world number six tweeted on Wednesday, saying, “The tournament was my last season in Ostrava, due to the reduced number of WTA tournaments by the end of the year.”
“Unfortunately, due to time commitments, my coach Daniel Valverdu and I have mutually agreed not to work together. I want to thank Dani for this work and the time we have spent together. “
Valvervu also works with Swiss Stan Wawrinka.
Pliskova has previously been coached by Jiri Vanek, David Kotyaja, Tomas Krupa and Renae Stubbs.
