Odisha HSC Result 2021 by last week of June

BHUBANESWAR: The Odisha government may announce the annual High School Certificate (HSC) or Class X board exams by the last week of June, School and Mass Education Minister Samir Ranjan Das said here on Sunday.

“The evaluation process of class X students is going on and we expect the results to be declared by the last week of June, as we reported earlier. All efforts are being made to adhere to the stipulated time frame,” Dash said.

The Board of Secondary Education (BSE) has decided to evaluate students on the basis of marks obtained in class IX and have taken. X. “Most of the mentor schools have already sent the marks of the students to the board for calculation,” said official sources.

2766 schools have been selected as mentor schools, to which neighborhood schools have been linked. Around six lakh students have registered for the Class X board exams for the 2021 academic year. Every year class X board exams are declared by the middle of June.

The minister further said that the preparations for starting classes through live streaming in YouTube channel from June 17 have been completed. “We are starting YouTube classes with class IX and X initially but planning to start YouTube classes for all primary, secondary in next few days. And also higher secondary class. As there is uncertainty over the reopening of schools in the near future, with more children likely to be infected due to a possible third wave and the government is also preparing for pediatric beds and training, YouTube classes will be of great help to students ,” Dash noted.

Das said that a meeting of all District Education Officers (DEOs) of 30 districts is to be held on June 18, in which further action regarding YouTube classes will be discussed.
