PML-N parliamentary committee decides to contest Senate elections

According to 24 News News TV channel, the PML-N parliamentary committee has decided to contest the next Senate elections in 2021.

PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz informed the parliamentary party about the decision of PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif, after which the party members supported the decision.

After much deliberation, the party’s parliamentary committee, which met on Monday, decided to run in the 2021 Senate elections.

Earlier, before the meeting of the parliamentary committee, Maryam Nawaz had told the media, “Now this government will not get any NRO. The no-confidence motion will be discussed at the next PDM meeting. Bilawal Bhutto has said that he will present this in the PDM meeting.

When the PDM thinks this is the right time to resign, so be it. We will not do anything under pressure. That time is not far away. There will be a long march and we will resign.

Maryam Nawaz said that after the performance of the government, people are now aware of what is in front of everyone.

The PML-N vice-president said that the whole of Pakistan would apply for PML-N ticket but no one would apply for their (PTI) ticket.
