New Delhi: National Health Mission, Rajasthan released the merit list for the Community Health Officer (contract based) recruitment examination on Monday.

Candidates appearing for the screening test (multiple choice question based written test) can check the online merit list on the official website – http://www.rajswasthya.nic.in/.

NHM Rajasthan had invited applications from eligible candidates for the contractual post of CHO on a purely contractual basis in Health and Wellness Centers as per the operational guidelines of Ayushman Bharat Comprehensive Primary Health Care through Health and Wellness Center.

Shortlisted candidates will have to deposit a bond of five lakh rupees at Rs.500 / -. The non-judicial stamp paper will be notarized to serve in SHC-HWC for a period of five years before joining the bridge course.

The honorarium will start only after the CHO joins the contractual position in the allotted SHC-HWC. No honorarium will be paid before or during the bridge course.

Shortlisted candidates, if employed, must submit an NOC from the employer before joining the six-month bridge course and resign from the post before joining the contractual post of CHO.

Candidates should note that the short list for the contractual post of CHO will depend on the production of original documents by the candidate during the verification process of documents.

Appointment for posts based on a system of ‘Counseling’ (merit cum preference) where those who are higher in the final merit list meet to select before those posts which are vacant. The State Health Society, Rajasthan, however, will retain the right to transfer them when needed, usually within the district or state.
