The ECP vowed to carry out some pressure duties

The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Tuesday said it would continue to perform its constitutional and legal duties without any pressure.

In a statement issued here, the ECP spokesperson said that the foreign funding scrutiny committee has been directed to hold at least three meetings a week. The spokesman said that the ECP would continue to perform its duties without any pressure. The ECP will always ensure free and fair elections in the country.

A spokesman for the ECP said it had made good progress in the foreign funding case and directed the scrutiny committee to hold at least three meetings a week.
