The MPA moved a resolution in the PA after the killing of white lion cubs at the Lahore Zoo

The Punjab Assembly has passed a resolution expressing concern over the death of two goats of white lions.

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader and Punjab Assembly member Hina Pervez Butt has passed the resolution. The legislator called the deaths of the two white lion cubs horrific because they were a rare breed. She says the zoo management was criminally negligent and did not care for the children.

She says it was suspected that the image was killed by CoVID-19 and called for an impartial investigation into her death to hold those responsible accountable.

According to a TV report, all the animals at the Lahore Zoo were tested in Code 19 after the deaths of the white lion cubs on February 4. An official at the Lahore Zoo said the virus. He says prevention is suspected to have led to his death from a deadly disease.

Earlier, six zoo workers tested positive for COVID-19.
