The Navy’s annual Performance Competition Parade is held

The Pakistan Navy Fleet Annual Talent Competition Parade was held at Pakistan Navy Dockyard, Karachi on Thursday.

Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi graced the occasion as the chief guest. The special guest was received by Commander Pakistan Fleet, Rear Admiral Naveed Ashraf.

On the occasion, the Chief of the Naval Staff expressed complete satisfaction over the operational readiness of the Pakistan Navy and commended the dedication and professionalism of the officers and men for successfully achieving important operational objectives and milestones. The Admiral appreciated the efforts and cooperation of PN Fleet for the protection of regional maritime security and Pakistan’s simline communication.

He highlighted the Pakistan Navy’s efforts to ensure the safety of the ships of the Special Economic Zone (EEZ), Gwadar Port and CPEC’s maritime projects. The Chief of the Naval Staff reiterated that the Pakistan Navy is fully aware of the changing geopolitical realities in the region and is committed to defending the country’s maritime fronts.

Earlier in his welcome address, the Commander Pakistan Fleet highlighted the operational activities launched / identified / pronounced during the year 2020, including operational readiness, especially direct weapons firing, major naval exercises. Includes SEASPark 20, Regional Maritime Security Patrol. And deployed over the sea

Later, the Chief of the Naval Staff presented the Performance Award shields to the best performing units of various squadrons of the Pakistan Navy.
