UPSC Civil Services Result 2019: UPSC Civil Services Main Exam 2019 Result: 89 more candidates recommended

New Delhi: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on Monday released the list of final recommended candidates for the Civil Services (Main) Examination 2019.

The list of these selected 89 candidates is available on the official website of UPSC – http://www.upsc.gov.in.

The result of Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2019 was declared on August 4, 2020. The UPSC had recommended 829 candidates in order of merit for appointment in IAS, IFS, IPS and Central Services Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’. ‘Against 927 vacancies.

The list sought by the Department of Personnel and Training, the Commission has now recommended 89 candidates, including 73 General, 14 OBCs, 01 EWS and 01 SC to fill the remaining posts based on Civil Services Examination, 2019. Recommended candidates will be notified directly by DOP & T.

The candidature of 04 (four) candidates with roll numbers 0404736, 0835241, 2100323 and 6603686 is provisional.

According to Rule 16 (4) and (5) of the Civil Services Examination Rules, the Commission was also maintaining a consolidated reserve list in the order of merit below the last recommended candidate under the respective categories.

As per the notice, the Reserve List of Civil Services Examination, 2019 is subject to changes, if any, in cases pending by them that may be passed by the Honorable Courts.
